Also, Surah AL Fatiha is declared Shifa / remedy for every disease, it was narrated by Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: While we were on one of our trips, we dismounted in a place where a slave came and said: " The chief of this tribe was stung by a scorpion and our men are not present; Is there anyone among you who can heal him (reciting something)? Then one of our men went with her even though we didn't think she was aware of such treatment. But he treated the head by reciting something, and the sick man healed on which he gave him thirty sheep and gave us milk to drink (as a reward). Upon his return, we asked our friend: "Did you know how to behave by reciting something? "He said," No, but I only treated it with the recitation of the Mother of the Book (ie Al-Fatiha). "We said," Don't say anything (about it) until we reach out or ask the Prophet (ﷺ) , then when we arrived in Medina, we talked about it to the Prophet (to find out if the sheep that we had taken or not). The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "How did he know that he (Al-Fatiha) could be used for treatment? Distribute your reward and give me a part of it."
