Yaya Toure's "selfish" functionality for Manchester City has come in for heavy criticism from former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher.
Jamie Carragher has blasted Yaya Toure following the Ivorian's functionality in Manchester City's 2-1 Premier League loss to Arsenal on Monday.
Toure was among the least productive figures around the pitch at the Emirates as City suffered a third (vist www.fifa-coins.fr) loss in their final 5 Premier League games.
While Toure did score the objective that gave City late hope in the game, Sky Sports pundit Carragher blasted his "selfish" functionality.
"It wound me up the fact that he got the goal in the end," he said on Monday Night Football.
"It's like he comes alive, he goes 'ooh we've got a aim, we've got a possibility of me receiving a little of glory and being involved'.
"They lost the game tonight and certainly one of the important causes was the space [Mesut] Ozil had behind him.
