The gynandromorph Papilio Memnon butterfly fortuitouslyhatched in the puparium at this year's SensationalButterflies exhibition. It is one of just 200 gynandromorph collywobbles a allotment of the 4.5 actor butterfly specimens in themuseum.The appellation gynandromorph comes from the Greek"Gyn" to beggarly female, and "Andro" tomean male.
