According to Roku Error Code 009, even though your Roku system is connected to the router, it does not receive Internet or WiFi service. This indicates that your Roku system is not receiving a WiFi wireless signal.

Power Cycling Methods to Fix Roku Error Code 009

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet for all devices.
Press and hold the "Power" button on the devices for at least 15 seconds.
To connect them, reconnect the power cord and press the power button.
Wait for the cars to start before checking to see if the problem persists.

Another way to fix Roku error code 009.

Shut down your Roku player. Make sure the power cord is unplugged.
Wait for the Roku lights to go out.
When the lights go out, turn off your wireless router.
At this stage disconnect the data cable from the wireless router.
Reconnect the power cord after a minute.
First, connect your wireless router.
Wait 60 seconds, then restart the router.
Check that your wireless router is working properly.
Once an Internet connection is established, turn on your Roku computer.
At this point, try to connect your Roku system to a wireless network.
Continue the activation process as before.
Check if the problem persists even after the activation step.
