I believe it's going wow classic gold to be a fantastic while before WoW Classic becomes stale. I played in WoW Classic, from launching but TBC. I never tanked or healed, and I just set foot in MC after, which was my entire raid experience. For me this will be a chance to experience WoW Classic again, but this time with much more skill and knowledge
What I genuinely hope Blizzard does is have a innovative"legacy" server. The thing I truly need to see introduced is that the reintroduction of expansions, I know for a fact that many folks would adore a Burning Crusade and Wrath of the Lich King private host, and it would be pretty fucking cool to be able to witness the old
I actually agree that there should be some minor changes. The simple fact there have been vanilla private servers for a lot of years now some players who come are gonna be 60 in a couple of weeks and begin murdering the end game supervisors inside the first month. That will ruin the experience it'll take away from WoW Classic for many. I truly don't believe there is much to stop this other than other players playing their role with slowing peoples progress down via world pvp. Although I do feel they need to change a number of the set items to gain other specs seeing as how they have the"time/ability" to do this today. It literally can be so little like 40+ ap rather than 40+ healing you understand only enough to make it viable to use different specs it would make it a much more refreshing encounter overdue game imo.
You have it sort of wrong with"tweaking amounts" to change class equilibrium. You dont bring a ret pally since they dont have any dps ability. Buffing their"numbers" without changing their class design won't operate for example since ret paladins actually scale incredibly well with equipment. But their problem is they are simpely auto attacking and receiving oom. Yes I know that it would be possible to change it they are not as poor and can compete better. But at what costs. Todo this so many small changes would need to be made that the authentic vanilla exerience would be missing.
Trust me that they will be there and they'll be a buy gold wow classic us plague to top end guilds and thats why these courses won't be there. Nevertheless they will over populate more casual guilds and pugs. And one last thing. Its bad for high raiding guilds not to bring the less desireable classes. Thats how aggressive guilds works even in retail. You dont bring many or some of those specs that does worse. And sure class equilibrium in retail is a lot better. But lets be real what is the fucking diference between a warrior dps and a rogue in retail.... I dont need a single change to course balance in any way especially not"only the numbers" because that would change everything.
