Apple filed for a restraining order in January after a Virginia woman began sending Cook bizarre emails begging him to have sex and attaching images of handguns she claimed she had purchased. The judge found the threats against Cook credible and prohibited the woman from possessing a firearm, interacting with Apple employees and entering Apple properties. If she violates the restraining order, she could face jail time and a $1,000 fine. Apple says the woman also opened several fraudulent corporations with “highly offensive corporate names” in California, New York and Virginia. She reportedly listed Cook as a corporate officer and used his home address in many of the false entities.
