thing so doing things like Pilates or doing things like core muscle training if you go to the gym and you train your core really hard how long would we go to the gym for an hour maybe two if you really keen Pilates classes run from 45 minutes to an hour and a half we are against the force of gravity from the second that we get out of bed until the second that we go to bed we're either sitting or standing or walking if you're lucky aligned yammer that hasn't happened to me in a long time but that's that's the case so therefore what we're looking at is a hell of a marathon and so to train for a marathon you can't just train in 5k intervals you can't keep running a 5k race every single day and at the end of six months expect to rock up to the Boston Marathon and finish in third place you can't expect to finish at all what you've got to do is run progressively longer and longer and longer distances so posture isn't about kind of this it's about this right the way through the day and of course that's diffi
