What Is BCAA?

The class of amino acids known as branched-chain amino acids, or simply BCAA, is one that our body employs to create a number of different proteins. The BCAA are derived from essential amino acids that our bodies are unable to create on their own. We have to manually consume it as a result.

The risk of liver cancer was shown to be lower in the BCAA group than in the traditional dietary therapy group.

In a word, BCAA are essential amino acids that we must supplement because our systems are unable to produce them on their own. BCAA intake can help with muscle growth, maintenance, and repair. Additionally, it protects against several liver diseases.
