Can a member of one OPC be a nominee in another OPC?

Yes, a member of one OPC can become a nominee in another OPC.

However at any point of time if such nominee becomes the member of that company due to incapacity of existing member, then he/she needs to choose one OPC in which he wants to remain as member. Further he/she needs to withdraw the membership from other OPC in 180 days. Hence he can be member of one OPC only.
