The one says you should do such and such exercises and eat this and don't eat that and in the next article you already read something very different about the same exercise or food.
I bet you've also seen tons of ads from companies that promise to lose tummy fat overnight with their bogus pills, and those infomercials that show you how to lose belly fat and get a six pack in record time with their super-abs-home-trainer that you can hide under your bed. Things like that just aren't possible.
There is no lose weight overnight thing that works, it's all crap.So, what does work for losing tummy fat?I found there are basically just 2 things that work, they work for me and probably for a lot more people as well.
1. Healthy foods - eating healthy
2. Right workout structure - NO ab specific workouts!!!
