RSVSR What Safe Harbor Asks You to Find in Arc Raiders

Tian Wen's Safe Harbor job can look like a quick errand, but it's the sort of Arc Raiders mission that punishes sloppy planning. You're not just picking up another bit of loot from the Riven Tides chain. You need to find the clue, reach the cache, grab the Precision Gimbal, and leave the raid alive. Die before extraction and the whole thing gets wiped. That's why players who care about routes, carry space, and useful ARC Raiders Items tend to treat this quest with a bit more respect than the description suggests.

Getting into Hotel Panorama Azzurro
Your run starts at Hotel Panorama Azzurro, over on the western side of the map. It's big, broken, and usually louder than you'd like. ARC patrols move through the area, and Shredders can turn a simple climb into a mess if you let them pin you down. I wouldn't recommend marching through the front like you own the place. Come in from the south if you can. There's a way up with stairs and a zipline, and it gets you closer to the upper levels without wasting ammo on every machine in the lobby.

Finding the kitchen clue
Once you're inside, keep moving toward the rooftop restaurant area. The kitchen is the bit you want, not the dining space, so don't get distracted looting every cupboard unless the area is clear. The quest clue is easy to miss if you're rushing. Look for an interactable drawing or marker tied to a tennis racket sketch. That little clue is what pushes the mission forward. If you leave without touching it, the tennis court part won't matter, and you'll have wasted a very risky visit.

Crossing to the tennis courts
After the clue updates, the trail sends you northwest toward the tennis courts. This is where people often get caught. The route isn't always packed with cover, and other raiders know players doing Safe Harbor may be carrying quest progress. Move like someone is watching you, because they probably are. Use low walls, trees, and wreckage to break sightlines. At the courts, check near the benches, signage, or the edges of the play area for disturbed ground. Interact with it to dig up the Precision Gimbal.

Leaving with the Precision Gimbal
Once the Gimbal is in your hands, the mission changes from “find the thing” to “please don't get greedy.” If you've got secure storage, use it, because losing the item this late feels awful. Pick the closest sensible extraction, whether that's Customs House or another active point nearby, and don't chase extra fights unless you've no choice. After extraction, return to Tian Wen and hand it in. Some players also use RSVSR when they want a smoother way to buy game currency or items for their broader progression, but for this quest, careful movement and a clean exit are what really carry the run.At RSVSR, we're here for Arc Raiders players chasing smarter raids, not guesswork.
