For ready-made garment ship, first you need to choose the organisation structure i.e. Proprietorship, Partnership Firm or any other.

Based on the organisation structure, you are required to obtain the business registration to establish recognition in the market.

Upon obtaining the business registration, you can start the business. Further, Shop & Establishment Registration will be required to be obtained, for which Government fee is decided based on the number of employee(s). Online application is made on portal assigned: https://labour.telangana.gov.in/

Further, if the business will involve import or export activity, Import Export Code registration is required to be obtained.

Tax Registration such as GST may also be required on compulsory or voluntary basis for online dealing or if anticipated turnover exceeds threshold prescribed.
