WHAT ARE IMPORTANT FEATURES OF A HIGH-QUALITY WATCH

A timepiece is something that is personal. Every person has their own preferences in terms of design and style. We don't wish to define the difference between a good and a bad watch, but rather what the indicators of a high-quality watch show generally. Then, how they can be easy to recognize. An additional point to note is that we're considering Swiss Watches (السويسري للساعات) that are affordable.

  1. MATERIAL OF A WATCH

A good watch is made from Stainless Steel. A ceramic or titanium watch is more durable and better, however they come with a higher price. The stainless steel is superior to normal steel and is not affected by sweat or moisture. Additionally, skin irritation is uncommon with a stainless-steel watch.
Additionally, a PVD coating is essential to make sure that a gold silver, rose gold, or black watch will keep its color. Watches without coating could fade over the course of a year due to regular usage. The material used is usually visible at the bottom of the watch.
Additionally, the size of the watches can be an indicator of the quality. It is a sign of how sturdy the steel used is as well as what movement is being used.
Furthermore, the best brands of watches use stainless steel 316L, which is more pure. The type of stainless steel used and the PVD coatings are not always visible by the model of the watch. To determine the type of stainless steel you should always inquire at the vendor. However, if it's an expensive brand, you can presume that it is safe.

  1. KIND OF WATCH GLASS

A high-quality watch comes with sapphire-glass. Of course it depends on the type of watch you are using it for. Sapphire glass keeps crystal clear and free of scratches when exposed to frequent (violently) wear and tear. Mineral glass or crystal glass can be used for a typical Rado men's watches (ساعات رادو رجالي). Additionally, a watch made of this type of glass can be EUR 20 less expensive however it is also more prone to scratches. If it is made from sapphire glass it is visible on the dial or the back.

  1. THE WATCH MOVEMENT
  2.

A decent, budget-friendly watch is equipped with a quartz movement or a certified mechanical one (COSC). It is common to find a quartz-powered motion (watch powered by batteries) in watches that are priced under EUR 300 or less. The main benefit with quartz movement is it has no moving parts to be used. It makes the watches precise and cost-effective.

  1. WATER RESISTANCE OF A WATCH

10-Amp water resistance comes with a high-quality watch. There is nothing more harmful to an expensive wearer than water. Waterproofing is a crucial component to a quality watch. Similar to movement and materials the resistance to water also comes in various levels.
10 AMR water resistance signifies that the watch can withstand up to 100m (or 10 bars) pressure. This makes it a great watch to wear while swimming. Five ATM (showering) and 3 ATM (washing hands) are also water-resistant degrees. The watch must be at minimum 3 ATM waterproof in order to provide some degree of comfort. Also, water resistance is often displayed on the watch's back.
