Arkansas Cosmetology Laws: Hair Braiding License
Many people wanted to work as hair braiders, but they did not have the opportunity as the rules were tougher. The specialists were forced by Arkansas law to complete costly, time-consuming, and pointless cosmetology instruction.
Many specialists were and are unable to afford to spend tens of thousands of dollars on countless hours of pointless training for something as simple and routine as hair braiding. For this, they joined with the forces of the Institute for Justice.
