Concrete raising is the process of stabilizing your concrete structures if they are sunk or spalled. Traditionally, if your concrete structures such as driveways, patios, etc. are sunk or spalled, there is only one way to fix it. The entire structure is demolished, then new concrete slabs are installed in that spot. This would be costly and interfere with your everyday routine until the structure is set again for use.

Foundation is everything for a home. While constructing a house, a large amount of time is spent on digging, filling, and building the foundation. A proper foundation can last decades with zero issues. However, there is a question that needs to be answered. What is a foundation?

Most of the structures in the human world are built using concrete. If you are inside a building, or if you just look around at the ground, most structures are reinforced with concrete. This is because concrete offers unparalleled stability at a cheap price.

That doesn’t automatically mean that concrete structures are impregnable. They have their fair share of issues caused by various factors. Some of these factors include poor soil compaction, moisture, seeping water, etc. You might think ‘Well if it has problems then we fix it. Easy peasy.’

Every home in and around the Greater St. Louis region has a basement. They are either used as storerooms, gaming rooms, workshops, etc. If you are a movie buff, your imagination would say that basements are ghastly, dingy, places where age-old pianos are stored. And these pianos, somehow, play themselves at night. :P
