Stainless Steel Hex Bolt

A hex bolt is a fastener with a six-sided forged head and a machine thread that is used in connection with a nut to generate the nut and bolt combination which is used to hold a joint on both sides of a body. This works in a similar way to a screw with a thread, except it rotates on its own axis to penetrate and secure the surface of Nuts. Cap screws and equipment bolts are other names for hex bolts. They normally range in diameter from 1/2" to 12". They can be up to 30" long. The thread length changes according to the length of the bolts.
