Pierre Couture, head of an industrial company and president of CJD Béarn, experienced a cyberattack that paralyzed his entire business. Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
\"My name is Pierre Couture and I run Les Établissements Couture, a company with around twenty employees specialising in industrial metallurgy. We work for sectors such as the chemical and food industries, carrying out both the manufacturing of parts in the workshop and the installation and maintenance on site at our customers' premises.\"

What are your main business challenges?
\"There are many. The first is human resources management: our business is under pressure, and it's difficult to recruit and retain staff. Second, business management has changed a lot since COVID: decisions take longer, but the deadlines for completion haven't gotten any longer, which puts us under pressure.\"

\"Finally, there are the technical challenges. Our sector is evolving rapidly, particularly with robotization and artificial intelligence. To remain competitive, we must constantly monitor technology in order to adapt our equipment and offer our customers high-performance solutions.\"
