Its name Runeword may initially suggest that d2r items it should only be used alongside the Assassin or Assassin in Diablo 2: Resurrected, but that's certainly not the scenario. Stealth is an excellent choice for all classes, however its boost to mana regeneration and cast speed make it particularly effective for casting.

Leaf Runeword Leaf Runeword is a very excellent choice for a beginner Sorcerer from Diablo 2: Resurrected, increasing Fire damage and boosting multiple abilities, including Fire Bolt and Warmth. It also grants Mana after defeating an enemy and grants more defense as well as Cold Resist.

Diablo 2 Resurrected's new v2.4 patch is expected to shake the meta by adding various new runewords, character rebalances, and gear adjustments. A new D2R runeword is revealed...and it's kind of odd.A brand new D2R runeword has surfaced. This time it's a revamped version of Plague an old runeword that was originally planned to release with Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction v1.15 however, it was delayed.

In some way, Blizzard has changed up Plague's stats a bit. Plague's order of attack has changed to Cham + Shael + Um. It's a hefty cost but also an entirely new application for the under-utilized Cham rune. The new version of Plague reads like some strange prototype that has its own specific uses. Everyone is trying to figure the reason to use Plague instead of something like Hoto as well as a potent melee weapon like Grief or even Breath of the Dying.

The biggest change is Plague now uses 3 socketed swords instead of general weapons. Another change is -1 to All Skills, and the suppression of +strength because Fal cannot be used anymore. A boost in damage has been added that is a massive benefit to Best place to buy D2R items raw damage. The other stats are basically identical.
