For a refreshing taste you can also put in some drops of peppermint extract, so that you feel a little more than fresh when you rinse your mouth with it. Alternately, you can also modify your toothpaste by squeezing some in a jar and then adding a few drops of 4-6 drops of hydrogen peroxide. And a pinch of salt to it. Mix all well and then put some on your toothbrush and brush your teeth regularly. It will bring considerable difference in some time.
There are a few other ways this can be done. Under the first one, you can mix 3 tablespoon of baking soda, half tablespoon of salt, and 2 spoons of glycerin in a bowl. Then add 4-6 drops of peppermint extract and mix all to form a thick paste. Keep it safe in a jar and then use it daily to brush your teeth. You will notice considerable difference in a few days. Next, you can also use a tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl and put a few drops of white vinegar with a pinch of salt. Add water enough to dissolve the whole paste and dip your toothbrush into it.
