Stationery items you will find in kids schoolbag

Who does not love stationery? Be it pens, coloured markers, notebooks, or washi tape; there are many choices to make when starting or adding to your stationery supplies and collections. There are stationery items available for all scenarios, and when it comes to school stationery, it is very easy to get overwhelmed. Although it might be tempting to buy all, you need to check that account balance as well.

So, here is a list of stationery items you must include in the kids' school bag and avoid overspending:

Pens
These are obvious because you cannot do anything without a pen. But each has different preferences, and so having the right pen is crucial. In schools, gel pens are often considered, but not all kids are comfortable with them. Hence, ballpoint pens or different shaded pens are preferable too. Having at least two pens is essential. Make sure you stock them up.

Notebooks
There are never too many notebooks. They are so critical in schools as this is where children jot down their study materials. Ensure the notebooks include quality pages. For example, since classrooms involve too much writing, lined notebooks are ideal than blank ones. You could get each of them if need be. Kids maintain notebooks for every subject, and this makes them a handy item.

General colours
These are other crucial stationery found in kids school bag. Here, general colours mean markers, felt-tips, coloured pencils, or crayons. Schools have arts and crafts as their subject, and you cannot use your usual ballpoint or gel pens for drawing or colouring. School can be fun with these coloured items. Markers are also helpful while studying. You can highlight the crucial sentences in the textbook so that it becomes easier for them to memorise.

Colours are beneficial for separating different subjects too. This might be tedious at the start, but it makes studying smooth.

Post-it notes
If you have not introduced your kids to post-it notes, then we recommend that you do. Post-it notes are the best when you want to prepare for a specific chapter for a class test. You could add a note on that chapter and study. Post-it notes are also good memorisers as you can stick them on the study board at your home and prepare for the exams without forgetting the tiniest of the details.

Pencils and erasers
Kids use pencil and erasers aplenty. If you write down something on the answer paper but unsure of it, you come back to that answer again and rephrase it, thanks to erasers. This is possible only if you use a pencil. Erasers and pencils are also helpful when you do math calculations, as the chances of error are higher.

Pencil case
With so many fantastic school stationery items, you need to keep them safely in a box or a case. Keeping them loosely in the bag results in losing them. There could also be an ink explosion in your bag. There are many pencil case options available, and the reason it is so important is owing to its portability. You can maintain a pencil case at home to organise the stationery.
