A Weekly Workout Plan For Women

It would be best if you tailored a weekly workout plan for women to the needs of the individual. The program should be adequate for all levels and focus on fundamental lifts such as deadlifts and squats. It should be performed three times a week and target the entire body, not just the thighs, abs, and biceps. It would be best to do the workout in sequence to maximise results, with rest periods between sets. For example, the first workout of the week should target the chest, followed by a lower body workout, a back workout, and an arm and leg workout.
