App-ready Android device baselines
Installing an app on an Android phone or tablet does not make the device app-ready.
For a defined project, readiness means having a documented device-and-software baseline through which the approved app can be delivered, launched, configured, updated, recovered and supported—and then reproducing that accepted state across the batch. This is a practical project definition, not a certification from Android or Google.
